Once a franchise is purchased, Better Homes Realty provides an orientation program at its corporate headquarters in Las Vegas.  In this orientation a franchisee and their administrative staff will receive training on all policies and procedures as a Better Homes Realty franchisee, as well as a wealth of information on all the resources (training, marketing, vendor partnerships, intranet, recruiting, etc) available to them as Better Homes Realty franchisees. 

Additionally, Better Homes Realty provides courses, seminars, skill sessions, conferences, conventions and meetings for owners, brokers, agents and employees throughout the year.
