TAMIKA HARRIS - As Director of Graphic Designs my responsibilities are to provide support to our new franchisee with setup of initial graphic needs whether it be for the Avalar logo or affiliate logo.  I also work on special projects that are created, and distributed by corporate such as our marketing materials, special event invitations, advertisements, etc.  I also provide support for our franchisees with layouts and am happy to work with your local printers in order to remain consistent with the Avalar style guidelines.  We welcome new suggestions, marketing pieces and ideas.  We will approach each inquiry with professionalism and efficiency.  Feel free to contact me directly at 702.891.8215 or via email tharris@avalar.biz.

Roxanne Mills - As the bookkeeper my responsibilities include managing the accounting department. In addition, I provide support during the revenue sharing check run as well as assist with the daily operations, working behind the scenes on tasks that are assigned to me. MCKENZIE MYERS- As the Director of Franchise Relations, my responsibilities are focused on prospective and current franchisees.  I process all franchise applications and work closely with the team at corporate to determine applicant compatibility within the Avalar system.  Throughout the application process I am available to answer any questions and provide support to the prospective franchisee.  Once a franchise is awarded, I assist the franchisee in starting their office and becoming familiar with the Avalar system.  I remain a point of contact for all franchisees throughout their tenure with Avalar and I would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.  Please feel free to contact me directly at 702.891.8204 or via email at mmyers@avalar.biz.


IT Solutions Team

 

Ellen Crusoe - I have been working with the IT Solutions Team since 2006 serving up to 500 agents with their technology needs. We have seen the launch of the real estate industry boom towards the internet and we have kept our agents up-to-date with online technology. Simon Medina -  As part of the IT Solutions team, I'm in charge of running the Revenue Sharing Process. My responsibilities include: Loading Revenue Sharing data, Checking data, database integrity, Processing Revenue Sharing checks and Printing them. Other Responsibilities include Franchise Support on Revenue Sharing issues, Support Tickets, General Technical Support Questions for Franchisees, Firewall Maintenance, and General Office support for Corporate.
